Returns and refunds

Quality is one of the main objectives for us at Krayaa and we ensure that we deliver best quality products to our customers. Since our products are handmade/ handcrafted there will be some minor irregularities inherent to handmade products which cannot be treated as defects.

 We encourage our customers to go through the details fully and reach out to us to clarify any doubts you may have before placing an order. We do not accept any cancellations once an order is placed. Please click unboxing / unpacking pics to document any package tampering. In an unlikely event if a defective product is delivered, please do reach out to us with details and supporting pictures to raise a returns request within 2 days of delivery. Refer the below for returning a defective product.

Returns and cancellation:

  • Please note that, there are no cancellations once the purchase is transacted on the Website.

If a defective product is delivered, you will have to follow these simple steps:

  • Notify us on the contact information provided on the Website, of receipt of a damaged/ defective product within 2 days of delivery to you. Please note that, if for any reason you are unable to do so within this timeline, we will unfortunately not be able to process the return/ refund.
  • Please ensure that the product is unused. Please note that there would be no re-fund for a used product.
  • Upon receipt of return request for a product, our team would look into the issue. Once satisfied, we will share the address for returning the product and you would be required to arrange for the dispatch of the product using a reputed courier service/logistics partner within 2 days from receipt of such notice.
  • Courier freight charges will be reimbursed to you along with the refund within 10 days of receipt of the returned product.
  • Please note that, all products must be returned in their original packaging and must be unaltered, unused and must not be tampered with. Return must be made along with the original invoice and all other receipts or tags or documents that came with the original packing.
  • The product must be properly and thoroughly packed to avoid any damage during transit.
  • The returned products are subject to verification and checks by the Company in order to reasonably determine the legitimacy of the complaint/ return. If the claim is not legitimate, the you will be required to bear the shipping costs for the product which will be deducted from the refund.
  • Refund will be processed based on the original mode of payment or the approved payment gateway will credit the refunds directly into the online accounts.
