A handwoven pure silk Pochampally Ikkat saree in black colour with double border in green and red colours. The Green part of the border has heart shaped motifs and the lower red coloured border has criss-cross trellis pattern woven on it. Pallu is in radiant red colour with parrots and elephants alternately woven. The saree comes with attached blouse piece in radiant red. It is a pure silk saree and uses a high ply silk making it a luxe weave. Ikkat weaving is an age old technique where warp and sometimes even weft threads are resist dyed, woven by skilled and experienced weavers to create elegant designs.
